Our tenant screening services are complete thorough services. Our credit reports are a full credit report, complete with a FICO score. The credit report includes detailed payment history, current balances, inquiries, public records, collections, UD/Skips, SSN validation, address/employment information, judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies, etc.
Our Eviction reports come from an actual eviction data base. Some of our competitors use the UD/Skip (which is included free of charge in our Credit Report) as a basis for their eviction “reports”. Not us. The problem is that not all evictions are classified as judgments/ud/skips and would therefore not be added to the credit report. For this reason, we interface directly with the Court’s eviction database, enabling us to provide complete, reliable data.
The Tele-check service is the same service that many large national corporations/retailers use for their own check verification.
The criminal reports come from the US Criminal Database and are very thorough searches which include misdemeanors, felony, and even traffic violations.
