2. Prior Address Locator $9.95 - National search for addresses that have been associated with the applicants social in the past 20years.

3. Eviction Report $9.95- Our Eviction reports are actual reports that search specifically for Evictions within the State Court Database. Unlike other companies, this information is not just based on Civil Judgments or UD/Skip. Please note that UD/SKIP check is not an eviction report.

4.Bank Check (Tele check) $6.95- Stop receiving bad checks.Tele-Tenant's negative history of writing bad check. The search is conducted through the same national check guarantee service that large corporations/retailers use for check verification.

5. Landlord Verification $10.95-our expert verification team contacts current landlord to verify rental essential information about your tenant. We make at least 3 attempts to collect this information.

6. Employment Verification $10.95-our expert verification team contacts current Employer to verify Employment status and income information. We make at least 3 attempts to collect this information.

7. Criminal Record $19.95-Our system interfaces directly with the State court database to search for Criminal Record information on your prospective tenant. Date of Birth is needed in order to run this search.

8. Decision Making Consultation $19.95- (via e-mail) Credit Advisor helps analyze and evaluate the report, thereby providing guidance in making an informed decision.

9. Applicant Fraud Protection $7.95- Verifies legitimacy of social, issue date, who the ssn was issued to and Year of Birth.
