You must obtain a signed authorization from your applicant with below following:
-Full Legal Name
– Social Security Number
– Current Address
If you are also requesting a Criminal Background check you will also need their Date of Birth. To make sure you receive an accurate credit report, you must get a copy of your tenant’s ID and Social Security Card.
